Enrichment programs at LPE are open for enrollment to everyone in our community. Each class is offered twice a year for ten weeks.
Discover the joy of learning French at any age! Our community French classes offer something for everyone—from an immersion-style conversational French class for adults to a warm and engaging baby and me French class for children ages 9 to 36 months and their accompanying adult. Whether you’re looking to build confidence speaking French or introduce your child to a new language early on, our classes create a supportive, joyful environment for learning together. We believe that immersion in another language is a lifelong gift!
No matter your level of French or your motivation for learning, we are glad to offer French classes for adults on a semester basis.
Each level meets once a week for ten weeks. Classes are 50 minutes interactive language lessons that will leave you feeling more apt to communicate in a “real” way than ever before.
Meets weekdays from 5:30 - 6:20 PM
Monday | Beginners
Tuesday | Continuing Learners
Wednesday | Expanding Learners
Thursday | Mastering Learners -
Join us for 10 weekly classes. An adult and a child (age 9-36 months) meet on Mondays, from 9:30 to 10:00 am to play and learn in French together!
Together we will begin or expand your French journey with your baby or grand-baby for 30 minutes each week. You will both make new friends, sing songs, learn finger plays, do crafts and engage in fun and creative activities.
Does your family need additional care, such as early morning drop off or after school care?
Additional Care
We strive to make our programs accessible to all families. We realize many families need additional services to access our programs.
Some families choose for their child to attend La Petite Ecole in the mornings only and need before school. Other families need at school care before or after school.
We provide these additional services during the academic year. These services are provided to students enrolled in daytime programs. Extra fees apply for all of these services. Parents may sign up ahead of time or use these services on a drop-in basis (upon approval). Please note - some services may be unavailable at certain times of the year, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Students enrolled at La Petite Ecole may arrive as early as 7:30 AM to accommodate families with early-morning obligations.

Available to the toddlers (TPS and PS) children enrolled in morning classes who need rest after lunch, typically Toute Petite Section and Petite Section students. Discuss options upon enrollment.

All students enrolled at the school, including all preschool and elementary programs, may enroll in Late Afternoon Care to extend pickup times to 5:30 PM.
Late Afternoon Care includes enrichment activities, snack, and extended recess and free play time.
