Financial Aid Application Process
Thank you for your interest in La Petite Ecole for the 2017-2018 academic year. Our annual fundraising efforts allow us to assist families in need of financial aid. As a not-for-profit organization, we are pleased to help more families gain access to our unique educational opportunity for their children.
In order for families to be eligible for consideration for financial assistance at La Petite Ecole, parents must complete an application with Schools and Student Services (SSS). In addition, your child must be enrolled at La Petite Ecole, with the applicable paid tuition deposit of $200, for the 2017-2018 school year. For current families of La Petite Ecole (whose children were enrolled in the 2016-2017 academic year), the financial aid application deadline is May 1, 2017. For families that are new to the school and/or the community, the application is ongoing.
The Financial Aid Committee will communicate decisions about financial aid to current LPE families on May 16, 2017. Parents should then determine if the amount of aid awarded is sufficient. If not, then families must notify the school in writing no later than June 1,2017 to withdraw your enrollment without penalty and receive a full refund of the $200 tuition deposit.
